Use reports
Review the internal Breakdown for a single job and compare many jobs in the Reports workspace — separate from customer-facing quotes.
Last updated June 24, 2026
Reports help you review jobs, compare selected work, check totals, analyze scenarios, and make internal production or estimating decisions. Use the Proposal tab for customer-facing pricing, and reports for internal detail.
Single-job Breakdown
The Breakdown tab on a job is your internal view. It can include a quantity summary, paint and material assumptions, labor and time assumptions, a cost estimate, the quote value, margin and profit, notes, and an internal cost breakdown.
Multi-job Reports workspace
Use the Reports workspace when comparing more than one job.
- Open Reports.
- Filter by search, date, job status, or a quick view.
- Select the jobs you want included.
- Review the KPI totals.
- Use scenario tuning for preview, where available.
- Export, print, or share the selected view.
Quote (Proposal) is what the customer sees. Report (Breakdown and the Reports workspace) is your internal cost, margin, and production view.
Why a job is missing
Reports use both your current filters and your selected jobs. If a job is missing, check the search filter, the status and date filters, the selected jobs, the workspace context, and the job status.
