Settings control your account, workspace, company profile, pricing defaults, quote behavior, production assumptions, materials, regional defaults, appearance, billing, payments, storage, backups, audit log, team, and help. They split into business defaults and app/admin settings.

Business defaults

  • Company: issuer letterhead, logo, and contact details for new quotes.
  • Location, units & guidance: country, optional region/city, locale, timezone, currency, units, and your layout guidance profile.
  • Quote pricing: labor rate, target margin, minimum charges, and tax defaults.
  • Sales documents: quote, proposal, and invoice appearance, templates, and customer-facing wording.
  • Pricing intelligence: home base, travel rules, and cost-floor / minimum-charge guardrails on every plan; learned price suggestions and seasonal pricing are Pro.
  • Workflow / Kanban: pipeline stages and auto-advance rules across Takeoff, Breakdown, Proposal, and Invoice.
  • Production time: crew speed, setup and cleanup time, and calibration.
  • Job costing: labor, overhead, material allowances, and profit targets.
  • Paint setup: paint product, pail cost, coverage, and waste defaults.
  • Striping defaults: line width, stall dimensions, and standard lengths.
  • Materials catalog: paints, stencils, and custom items.

  • Account: your profile, sign-in, workspace mode, and account deletion.
  • Team & users: members, roles, and invitations (Team plan).
  • Appearance: theme and display preferences.
  • Billing: plan, usage, and subscription management.
